Each month, we like to highlight all the new features we’re adding to Edvisor Recruit to make the platform more intuitive, cleaner, and more powerful. That includes the ability to duplicate quotes, improved booking functionality, favorite quotes, and much more!

Manage your providers more efficiently 🤝
Among its many functionalities, Edvisor Recruit is the place where you find and manage all the providers involved in a student's trip abroad.As you know, there are 3 main sections to manage your providers:
- Explore Providers or Discovery Tool: Where you can find and connect with new providers.
- Connected providers: Where you can check all your provider agreements.
- Custom Providers: Where you create your own custom providers.
Well, we've added buttons to each of these sections to make it easier for you to jump from one to another. Oh, and don't forget to try the new and improved filters in the connected providers' section, you'll be amazed at how easy it is to access your agreements now.
Allow students to choose their favorite quote 💙
This one might sound small, but it’s actually huge!
Students can now "star" their favorite quote option from their student portal or directly in the quote you send them. Once the student makes the selection, you (the counselor) will receive an email notification so you can act fast and close the sale!

Duplicate quotes 👯
Another small, but highly requested feature that can save you A LOT of time!
Say goodbye to creating the same quote, with the same programs, over and over again. You can now duplicate quotes with the click of a button! 🪄
Improved booking functionality ✅
We've turned the booking listing page into a table, which makes it easier to sort, filter, and find the bookings you are looking for.
- Send bookings to your education providers.
- Send bookings to the student so he/she can complete the information required through the student portal.
- Chat with the education provider, and share files.
We've also added a new "bookings" tab to the student profile so you can easily find all the bookings that belong to that specific student.

More design improvements 🎨
Over the last few months, you’ve probably noticed we’ve been making a reasonable amount of design improvements to Edvisor Recruit. Let's highlight our 2 favorites this month:
- We've made it easier to upload your logo and cover picture. The platform now shows you instructions around image size, and resolution.
- Want to see all your students in one view? Go click on "students" in the left side menu and... voilà!
Improved bug reporting 🐞
Your feedback is the most important thing for us, so we keep improving the functionalities that give you voice.
- You can now see, and make comments on the tickets you have opened.
- Our support team can now reply to those comments! You'll receive an email when our team gets back to you.
