EdNews - Your monthly update from your partners
June 2026
Welcome to the June edition of EdNews! As the Northern Hemisphere summer intake ramps up and our LATAM and European partners head into a busy booking season, we're bringing you everything you need to stay ahead: fresh platform features to help you sell faster, a warm welcome to the new schools and agencies joining the Edvisor network, the market signals shaping the second half of 2026, and the usual round-up of campus news, promotions, and partnerships.
Let's dive in.
✨ What's New on Edvisor - A New Chapter
Starting in late May, a major set of updates began rolling out across the platform — our largest in years. The theme is simple: Edvisor is becoming the operating system for your whole business, not just where you build quotes. Here's what's landing for agencies and for schools.
For Agencies
Workflow Automations — Set up the repetitive busywork once and let it run. Trigger actions from any event in your pipeline — new student, accepted proposal, payment received, document uploaded — then chain emails, reminders, and task assignments so nothing falls through the cracks.
Customisable & Flexible Inventory — Sell anything, even if the school isn't on Edvisor. Create programs, accommodations, and other products with or without a school link — just type a provider name and quote. Build custom programs for connected schools too. Edvisor becomes the system of record for everything you sell.
Forms — Capture leads from anywhere. Build customisable forms inside Edvisor that flow straight into your student records — embed them on your website, share a direct link, or assign them to students through the Student Portal. Every submission lands as a new lead or an updated profile.
Activities Hub — Start every day knowing exactly what to do. Proposals, sales, payments, documents, and tasks in one prioritised dashboard, sorted by what's overdue, due today, and coming up.
Student Tasks — Make students active participants in their journey. Assign tasks directly to students through the Student Portal; they get notified, see what's needed, and complete it on their own time — without a single reminder email from your team.

For Schools
One Universal Edvisor App — Edvisor for Agents and Edvisor Distribute are merging into a single app with two modes: Recruiting Mode for B2B and B2C recruiting, and Inventory Mode for managing programs and your agency network. One login, one platform, one source of truth.
School Insights — See exactly how you're performing across the network: agency scorecards showing which partners drive enrolments, competitive analysis that benchmarks you against peers, and reach metrics showing how your programs are discovered and quoted across the marketplace.
Direct Recruiting — The full Edvisor sales toolkit — pipelines, proposals, sales — is now available to every school. Recruit B2C through your own website or manage direct enrolments alongside your agency channel, using the same tools agencies have relied on for years.

📊 Market Insights
A few signals worth watching as we move into the second half of 2026:
Affordability is reshaping where students go. Currency pressure and tighter visa rules in some traditional destinations are pushing students to weigh alternatives — different programs, shorter durations, or new destinations. Affordability and employability now rank among the dominant decision drivers for Latin American students, with post-study work rights and labour-market relevance mattering more than ever. The takeaway for agencies: flexible pricing, clear value, and fast quoting matter more than ever.
Europe — and Spain in particular — is gaining ground. As students look beyond the most expensive markets, continental Europe is capturing a larger share of LATAM demand, with Spain repeatedly singled out by sector analysts — reinforcing the importance of a diversified program catalog.
Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia keep leading outbound flows. These three remain the engine of Latin American outbound student mobility. Brazil specifically is seeing renewed momentum on the back of currency stabilization and smoother visa processing, with strong interest in career-aligned fields like engineering, computer science, business, healthcare, and creative industries.
Destination split by level. Recent flow data points to Canada drawing a larger share of undergraduate Latin American students, while the UK and continental Europe skew toward postgraduate study — useful context when matching students to the right pathway.
