To celebrate the launch of the new campus, the academy is offering a special price of just US$125 per week for the first 100 students who enrol with them in 2023. The program includes 12 or 15 hours of language study per week, providing an excellent opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a new language while experiencing one of the most vibrant cities in the world.

Moreover, if education agencies manage to bring 5 enrolments to the San Francisco campus, they will receive a credit note of $100 dollars to use on the tuition at any of the California Language Academy's other campuses in Los Angeles or San Diego.

It's worth noting that material and other school fees will be the same as those of the Los Angeles and San Diego campuses, and accommodation is not currently being offered. ETS announces new enhancements to TOEFL iBT for a streamlined testing experience

English exam provider ETS has recently revealed updates to their TOEFL iBT English language test, which is currently used for study, work, and immigration in more than 11,500 institutions worldwide.

The changes aim to create a better experience for test-takers by streamlining the process. Starting in July 2023, the test will take less than two hours to complete, with streamlined instructions and navigation, a new "Writing for an Academic Discussion" task replacing the previous independent writing task, a shorter reading section, and the removal of unscored test questions.

The registration process will also be simplified, and test-takers will have more transparency with their score release dates and status updates.

According to Amit Sevak, CEO of ETS, TOEFL has been an industry standard for almost six decades, and these new enhancements further highlight its position. These developments were designed with the customer and stakeholders' perspectives in mind since they are the company's top priority.

Test-takers who have already registered for the TOEFL iBT exam can opt to reschedule their exam date for free to experience the new changes or move up their test date before the updates take effect. Free reschedules are available until April 30, 2023.
